Steem Feedback Contest Entry Post @danny.green

Greetings to everyone reading my post. At the initiative of @steemingcurators, all Steemit users have the opportunity to express their opinions and be heard.

So, according to the rules of the contest, we have to answer three questions regarding Steemit improvements. The first question is as follows: As a member of the Steem community, What improvement would you like to see on the social platform Steemit.com?

The first step is to revise / refine the already existing system of curation of participants' content. I know many users who create unique content but do not receive support from curators. On the other hand, there are people who don't put any effort into creating content, but still have ongoing support. Seeing this unfairness, talented contributors either leave the platform or stop trying and make mediocre content. For example, there are people who, day after day, write absolutely useless posts that contain 10 photos and 30 words. But at the same time, they receive the support of a curator at $ 20-30. Why? I don’t know.

In general, the value of Steemit is in unique people creating unique content. If they have systematic support, they will call friends and advertise Steemit. And the more active users, the more development the platform will receive. Every active user is a cog in a huge machine. If you wet (supervise) the cogs during the process, the mechanism will work perfectly

Второй вопрос звучит следующим образом: "Which other features, tools, improvements, and functionalities do you believe will benefit the user experience and improve the usability of the Steemit.com social platform?"

I believe that there is a need to create an internal chat. So that users can communicate with each other within Vox. In addition, the creation of a referral system will be a big impetus. This way, users will be motivated to invite their friends. The referral system will be the best investment in the development of the community, it is the best advertisement in the world. And the internal convenience will facilitate the adaptation period for beginners.

The last question is for community curators, but I'll give my opinion. It sounds like this:"If you are the owner or manager of a Steem community, tell us more about what you believe will improve the "Communities" update and its management system."

The picture observed today is that there are not enough curators. It is probably worth delegating the supervisory authority between active users. As the number of community members grows, the number of curators should grow proportionally. Thus, the load will be distributed evenly, and each user will not be deprived of attention.
