hi @the-gorilla, I am very sorry for all these,
it is not my intention to plagiarize on this platform.
I am a newcomer on this steemit platform and
I am now going through my achievements tasks, which I am sure I would be more equipped with all the rules after I am done with all the achievements.
I quite remember, I didn't know how to use markdown in my post but now after completing my achievement 2, I can boldly apply markdowns to my post.
in that post I used my own words to create the article but I picked the quotes directly from the site which a friend told me I am supposed to cite them.
I am really sorry for all these.
Please you can also guide me to how to always post plagiarism free content on this platform.
sometimes I would write something in my own words and it would be flagged as plagiarism, I am really confused and don't know what to do.
Hi @blessingkasabe, I appreciate the challenge faced by newcomers.
I would say a simple guide is that when you are taking content from another site, to cite the site. In particular, if you are copy and pasting, then use the > quote markdown. If you are using a site for information or inspiration then say so. You will find it difficult to fall foul of plagiarism by over citing your sources whereas under-citing will likely lead to difficulties, especially with the increasing prominence of the fight against plagiarism on this platform.
Hey @blessingkasabe thanks for sharing the history of this great man. I write to invite you to a short survey about your Steemit activities. My name is Soyoung Park, a doctoral student who studies Steemit users’ value-making activities and personal data practices. Your voice would be a vital part of this research.
With the goal of collecting 200 + Steemit user responses, you may find this comment from time to time until it reaches that goal. My apologies for cross-posting in advance.
While your participation is completely voluntary, I have to mention that this is NOT spam - this is a part of my dissertation project and you can find the records of compensation payments from my wallet history.
This survey is open to any Steemit user who wants to earn some steem coins by answering the survey - please participate if interested!
Hi @blessingkasabe,
Your content has been copied from - https://history.aip.org/exhibits/einstein/inbrief.htm
I've previously highlighted 4 plagiarised articles to you for which you were banned from the World of Football community.
I would very much like it if you stopped plagiarising now please. Thank you.

Achievement 3 will help significantly with this.
i really appreciate your concern and support, I would go through achievements to learn More.
You're welcome. I'd much rather see an increase in understanding than an account rendered unusable from deliberate intent.
well noted

This should take no more than 15 min, and will give you 2-Steem coins upon your completion. If you are interested, please take the survey using this link: https://utexas.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_ePzVeLUf8BCladf
