How are you all. Hope all are you good. Stay save in this situation. Today i,m going to cook Beef momo. Momo is a indian food. I also love to eat it. This is my first time to make beef momo. Now i will show you all how can i cook beef momo.

Beef momo with sauce

Ingredients
1. Cooked Beef
2.Flour
3.sauce
4.salt
5.water

To cooked beef i need also some ingredients
1.beef
2.onion
3.ginger paste
4.garlic paste
5.cumin paste
6.cumin power
7.salt
8.hot spices

How to cooked beef momo
Step-1
First i have to take 2 tea cup of flour. Keep it in bowl. Then i have to go for next step.

Step-2

I made a dough of flour with salt and a little hot water. Keep it about some minutes. I have to made to perfectly otherwise when i will going to made momo. The momo was break easily.

Step-3
Now i,m going to cooked beef. I will cooked like beef curry. But there was no gravy in beef curry.i love spicy so i will pour 1 tablespoon red chilli powder, ginger paste,garlic paste,cumin paste,cumin powder,hot spices and salt. Wait when it will cooked.

Step-4
When the beef was cooked now i will keep it in a plate. Then i will tore beef in little pieces.

Step-5

Now i have take little flour from dough. Then make round shape bread after that i will now pour cooked beef into the bread. i will make momo and Momo should be made in the same way as the sari is folded. I learned to make momo from youtube.

Step-6

Momo was made perfect shape i think i will try. Next time i think i will be better. It was my first time to made momo.

Step-7
Now take rice cooker. Take some water inside rice cooker and stream momo. Wait for sometime keep it in stove.

Stream momos was done.Now i will keep it in a plate. The plate was very beautiful with 3 parts. Will decorated beef momos into the plate. One side i will keep 2 momo, other one side i will keep one momo also. Then other side i will keep some sauce.
