Assalamualaikum

I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. In today's post I will discuss all about food. Which we need to know in real life.

Eating good food will be good for health.

Food is essential for our survival. But that food must be nutritious and balanced. If we take nutritious and balanced food then our body will get energy to work.

What we basically mean by food is food which is absorbed after taking and performs various functions of the body.Food can usually be divided into 6 parts according to the ingredients.The 6 components are proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, water, mineral salts. So let us know a little bit about the six components of food so that we can eat right and live a healthy life. Because you need a balanced diet to stay healthy.

Protein

Protein should be on our diet all the time. Foods that contain protein are fish, meat, eggs, milk, pulses, beans, dried fish, peanuts, etc. We get protein from it.These protein foods provide nitrogen to our body. Which is a very useful element in our lives. This is why nutritionists consider protein to be an important component of the diet.

Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates provide energy to our body. Due to which we can do all the work.Carbohydrate foods are such as honey, fruit juice, sugar, milk, rice, flour, light vegetables. We get carbohydrates from these foods. An essential element in our body.

Fats

Fatty foods are essential for the body but should not be taken in large quantities. A healthy person needs 50 to 60 grams of fat a day.Consuming more fat than this can also damage the body. But a healthy adult should consume this amount of fat in the day.Fatty foods are soybean mustard sesame nuts sunflower and corn oil, ghee dalda etc. The white part of the egg does not contain fat but the yolk of the egg contains fat.

Vitamins

Although the amount of vitamins is small to maintain health, it is very important. Vitamins are essential forstaying healthy and growing the body. A balanced diet is rich in vitamins.There are many types of vitamins, such as Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin B and Vitamin C.

Vitamin A is found in milk, butter, mango, jackfruit and vegetables.

Milk, eggs, liver, fish oil, edible oil, etc. contain vitamin D.

Yeast contains vitamin B in broken flour, sprouted gram, cauliflower, peanut meat etc.

Vitamin C is obtained from guava, lemon, kamaranga, orange, cabbage, green chillies etc.

Water

After oxygen, water is what is needed to save life. We all know water is another name for life. And water is a very important nutrient for the body.An adult needs to drink two liters of water daily. Water helps our body remove contaminants. And helps the body form cells. Blood circulation is possible due to water.And for this reason water is another name for life.

Mineral salts

Mineral salts regulate body composition and internal functions of the body. Mineral salts are essential for the formation of more enzymes and hormones in the teeth.Our body contains calcium, iron, sulfur, iodine, potassium etc. And never resides in the human body as a basic element. These combine with different substances to form mineral salts.Yogurt, lamb, cheese, various pulses, spinach, etc. are the main sources of calcium. Liver meat, egg yolks, etc. contain iron.Edible salt, almonds, pickles, etc. contain sodium. Bananas Potatoes Fish Apples Italy contains potassium. And marine fish meat etc are sources of iodine.

Hey all the foods combine with other substances to make salts of organic and inorganic compounds in our body. Which is known as mineral salt.

Fiber

In addition to the six elements of food, there is another element which is important even though it does not provide any nutrients. And that is dietary fiber.It is mainly found in cereal outer shell fruit peel plant data etc. These are not digested by humans. However, dietary fiber absorbs water and increases the amount of feces. And helps in defecation as well.Fibrous foods play a helpful role in reducing the tendency to accumulate fat to reduce obesity.
