This sentence is something we hear from since childhood. At first glance, this may seem like an easy thing to do. But it's not like that, is it? When we grow up, we can understand that well. If someone does something wrong to us, can we easily forgive him? It's hard to do it all at once. People are like that. Even I, who am writing this, am like that.

We may be offended by the wrongdoing of our partner, friend, relative, or any other person. It can make us feel hurt and sad. Especially since the first thing we do is get angry and hate them and we start to hold grudges for them. Then it causes us to lose our emotional freedom. Why do we lose our emotional freedom for the wrong that someone else does?

Only a strong person can forgive. It takes a lot of courage to forgive. Forgiveness is not easy. But there is no peace without forgiveness. There may be a thousand reasons not to forgive, but peace of the mind is precious. Forgiveness leads you to healthier relationships with others.

Forgiveness should be practiced from childhood and it is not a weakness of a person. But we must never forget the lesson we learned from it. Otherwise, we will have to face the same situation again and again.
