🌶️ Roasted Chili & Tomato Veggie Dip 🍅 An Ital Khmer Recipe 🥒
Hi dear friends, I made this food last week but I forgot to write a post. Today I want to finish it and share with you all.
Normally this food is made with fish, but I made it an Ital vegan recipe. This food is delicious with all vegetables thay you like to eat. I like to eat this dish with vegetables in my country, I miss that.
👩🍳 Roasted Chili & Tomato Veggie Dip (Ital) Recipe 🔪

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy chunks
- 4 long green peppers (not spicy)
- 2 potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 10 red chilies or taste
- lime juice to taste
- 1 small little bit ripe papaya
- cauliflower
- okra
- cucumber
- 1 tsp salt or taste
- 1 tbsp brown sugar or taste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Soak soy chunks in water 5-10 minutes, and take it outside the water.
Peel papaya and cut it, boil papaya and cauliflower until cooked, and then boil okra maybe 2 minutes, put them on a dish.
Heat oil little, fry soy chunks, put a little salt, fry it a few minutes and stop. Then roast garlic, chili, peppers, potatoes, and red onion with little bit oil until smells aromatic or looks like mine.
After a little bit cool grind them with salt, lime juice, sugar and soy sauce. I like to hits them with mortar but I have only a small one. I like this food, I could eat everyday and it will not make me fat. Have a nice day.
