The most awaited message - 5% for SL charity

One who most likes Poya-day is our dog, Mickey. She has all permission to roam anywhere around the home because the gate is closed and all members are present at home. Normally she visits each room several times and sniffs everything.

After playing with her and protecting carpets from her in the morning, I hadn't any idea what to do in the evening. Then suddenly the most awaited message appeared.

Of course why don't. I couldn't go to the beach for 3 months. I went there at 5 in the evening, then the main problem. The beach was highly crowded, and I had to ride along beach road up and down twice to find a parking slot. But no space. Finally, I decided to park the car far away and walk to the beach.

Matara beach is considerably long and very popular among people. There was a kids' park in one corner. Many children came to fly kites. In the middle, a group of boys was playing football.

Three cricket match was also playing there. I also used to come weekly to play cricket here two years back. The atmosphere was chilling and calm. Some run, some bath, some chat, some eat, some walk with dogs, you name it, there was all.

We all met together after 4 or 5 months, I suppose. As usual, we walked up and down along the beach chatting, discussing, and arguing. Believe me, some topics are very philosophical 😎

When the dark dominates most people left, that time is perfect. I remember we used to come to the beach around 11 at night and sat on the grass and listen to waves. It was a beautiful time.

Since we had to watch the match we had dinner early at a restaurant that faced the sea and සියල්ලෝම සතුටින් විසිර ගියහ 😋
