Teaching is a great job. My dream is also to enter the teaching profession. I’m getting ready for that these days. But that is not from the government sector but from the private sector.
However, the teacher is a very high character, whether government or private, their service is very high. Giving wisdom to thousands of children is not a trivial matter.
I hope to enter the teaching profession only to serve the children. We all want a salary by doing the right service. Teachers are the group that can provide such value. But in today’s society, those who harm the dignity of the teacher are also emerging. I said that except for those who value their service.
In my opinion, only the best should remain in the teaching profession. Therefore, they should be paid a salary commitment is great. Commitment to their talents cannot be compared to money. But if they lose a decent salary, will they stay in that job? The average salary of a teacher is RS. 30,000 or 40,000. But, looking at the current cost of living, what is a small amount it is? They have not mentioned these offers since yesterday. So, it should not be ignored.
However, such a mobilization is unacceptable under the current situation of covid 19 in the country. So, giving them a clear or solution or at least a clear statement can not prevent that unification?
Because it is not necessary to pay fair attention to certain aspects as well as to these teachers. It is true that is campaign should not take place under the current circumstances in the country. But I wonder if they are the only group that has come together like this...

I don’t know if you guys feel the same way, but I said my thought.
However, I wanted to write about this because I really appreciate and love the teaching profession. Lastly, I would like to say that all parties should take appropriate action to address the current situation.
