The curator is currently try to cover all posts by maintaining account VP in 85%. We will give the full details of curation process soon. Currently we have launched many programs inside the Steem Sri Lanka community to gather all members spread around the steemit in a single community. To motivate them to gather together we vote 100% for posts inside the community if they in the quality, that the steemcurator01 mentioned during the quality discussion. We prioratize the Steem Sri Lanka because this community account and support we recieved from steem team is a result of hard work of regular posting members there.
And outsides posts will curate ofcourse as this is the account for whole country. They can also receive full votes or suitable percentage according to quality, because we are just started and need to SP improve first. Until we receive a higher SP let's go in a manner like this. No worries..
