Generalmente cuando un jugador recibe una oferta lo primero que observa es el nombre del club, pero existen factores que atraen a el jugador y a su representante, tales como el tiempo de juego o los beneficios y prioridades que se le otorgara en el club.

Usually when a player receives an offer the first thing he looks at is the name of the club, but there are factors that appeal to the player and his agent, such as playing time or the benefits and priorities he will be given at the club.

¿Por qué tu equipo es digno de este jugador?/Why is your team worthy of this player?

Por que mi equipo tiene la mejor proyección y un gran plan futuro, para alcanzar o mantenerse en las competencias internacionales de la región.

Because my team has the best projection and a great future plan to reach or stay in international competitions in the region.

Como entrenador trataría de explotar las habilidades y características del jugador según su posición en el campo. Un clave es mantener monitoreado a el jugador con entrenadores personales que le aporten ideas y técnicas que puede usar en el campo de juego.

As a coach I would try to exploit the player's skills and characteristics according to his position on the field. A key is to keep monitoring the player with personal trainers to provide him with ideas and techniques that he can use on the field.

¿Cómo se diferencia tu oferta de la de los otros managers?/Any added incentives to further attract the player?

Algo que siempre le preocupa a un jugador al mudarse de ciudad o equipo es el plan familiar y los beneficios que se le ofrecen a su familia, por eso es importante darle una excelente ubicación para vivir, un plan de educación, como también la seguridad y estabilidad que su familia necesita.

Something a player is always concerned about when moving to a new city or team is the family plan and the benefits offered to his family, so it is important to give him a great location to live, an education plan, as well as the security and stability his family needs.

Otro factor importante es darle cierta comodidad a la hora de realizar sus actividades personales, tales como obsequiarle un automóvil o servicios pagos por parte del club, como también darle una posición importante promocionando su nombre junto a los jugadores de relevancia del club.

Siempre se debe ser paciente y esperar por el periodo de adaptación del jugador, en algunos casos este periodo debe extenderse hasta 1 mes, en otros casos debemos crear un alineación que favorezca las cualidades del jugador.

El objetivo es que sea un jugador clave, importante o titular en 11 inicial, con un contrato de al menos 5 años, la idea es que figure en el futuro, como también que este entre los grandes y veteranos del club.

The goal is for him to be an important key player or a starter in the starting 11, with a contract of at least 5 years, the idea is for him to figure in the future, as well as to be among the greats and veterans of the club.

¿Alguna propuesta final?/Any final proposals?

Ofertaría dando los máxima cantidad de dinero o posible que puedo dar si el jugador vale la pena, llevaría la puja hasta el final. Si es necesario negociaría intercambiando jugadores de mi propio club.

I would offer the maximum amount of money or possible that I can give if the player is worth it, I would take the bidding to the end. If necessary I would negotiate by exchanging players from my own club.
