Trees on the estate: Avocado / Árboles que hay en el fundo: Aguacate.
I've told you so many times about the farm in several posts, that I'm happy to do it, it's a place where most of the vacations and mini-vacations go there, my mom lives there, they spend a few quiet days, nature, if there's a harvest we take advantage of it.
My dad was the one who found that place, it was like his refuge, he taught us to love the countryside more, and how good it is to harvest what you sow.
There are many trees among the fruit trees and others, also other plants, but I will start first with the AVOCADO.
Les he hablado tantas veces del fundo en varios post, que bueno me siento feliz de hacerlo, es un lugar donde la mayoría de las vacaciones y mini-vacaciones para alla nos vamos, mi mamá vive ahí, se pasan unos días tranquilos, naturaleza, si hay cosecha la aprovechamos.
Mi papá fue quien encontró ese lugar, era como su refugio, nos enseñó a querer más la naturaleza el campo, y lo bueno que es cosechar lo que se siembra.
Hay muchos árboles entre frutales y otros, también otras plantas, pero empezare primero por el AGUACATE.
When my father found this farm, one of the first trees to be planted was avocado, because it was one of his favorites. The farm is 1000 mts.2 or what we call a hectare.

Mi papá al encontrar este fundo, uno de los primeros árboles en plantar fue de Aguacates, porque era uno de sus preferidos. E l fundo son 1000 mts.2 o lo que llamamos una hectárea.
Hay en sí, 6 árboles de Aguacate, de los cuales uno salió como dicen “macho”, nunca cargó no dio fruto, por más trucos que se le hicieron, pero al menos da sombra, debajo de ella nos sentamos en la tarde a tomar el café, o hacer otra actividad.

Another three, those that have been loaded, are very tasty, they look like a cream, when they are ready to be eaten, my brother just said "we have to get children out of these bushes, before they give no more".

The avocado harvest is mostly for the months of August until October more or less, in my recent visit to the farm I realized that they are already starting to load, I do not know if it was ahead of schedule or that is the time, what if it is that when there are avocados, the margarine disappears for a while.
Otros 3, esos si han cargado, de paso son muy ricos, parecen una crema, cuando están listos para comerlos, recién dijera mi hermano ”hay que sacarle críos a estas matas, antes de que no den más” ja, ja, ja.
Y los restantes 2, estos parecen como su nombre al principio, son como aguados, no tienen muy buen gusto, pero igual en una ensalada, guasacaca, con una arepa son ricos.
Las cosechas de aguacates más que todo se dan para los meses de agosto hasta octubre más o menos, en mi recién última visita al fundo me di cuenta que ya están empezando a cargar, no sé si se adelantó o ese es el tiempo, lo que si es que cuando hay aguacates, la margarina desaparece un tiempo.

El aguacate es considerado un fruto, aunque no es como el mango, que te lo puedes comer en forma directa, así como la guayaba también. Tiene muchas propiedades nutritivas, beneficios para la salud y la belleza.
Mi abuelita ya difunta, nativa de un pueblito llamado ”CANGUA”, a la orilla del mar, en el estado Sucre, en ese pueblito se daba mucho el aguacate, que cuando ellas niñas, iban al rio a lavar, encontraban aguacates caídos, los usaban como un baño de crema para el cabello, 100% natural.

Cuando voy al fundo, así como aquel que cuando amanece y va al gallinero a recoger los huevos, yo voy es a recoger los aguacates que hay caído ja ja ja, porque los pájaros los tumban, otros caen sobre el techo, del cuarto de depósito, que está cerca, los que están listos, son seguros para el desayuno con una rica arepa y café. Los otros esperar que se maduren.
Son unos árboles que crecen mucho, que a veces tumbar el fruto es no es muy fácil, mi hermano hizo una malla, para una vara, que al tumbarlos caen estos dentro de la malla, así no se lastiman.
