Walk in park will do us good
So let's go for a walk whenever possible, because walking has benefits,

~ studies have shown that as little as 30 minutes of walking a day reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke,
~ combined with a healthy diet, walking can help maintain a healthy weight, strengthen muscles,
The walk is generally excellent.
