DADDY-DAUGHTER TIME AT THE LAKE? - WHAT DID WE FIND?

in ecoTrain4 years ago

Any guesses?

On hot days, or slow days, or any days, we like stopping in at the local lake. We get a lot of variety there, and it gives me the opportunity to share the real world with my children. I think it's important to teach little ones about plants and animals, and make sure that they have at least a basic understanding of them. This time, it was a baby red-eared slider. It's so cool to live somewhere that they exist in the wild, and, along with all of the other variety, they help keep us entertained, educated, and interested. What's the last wild creature you taught someone about? Here's a few pics!
