Today, I am writing to you both yesterday's diary and to participate in the business promotion competition organized by #steementrepreneurs. Thank you to all the team members in the community for organizing the beautiful contest. I visited the most famous fish restaurant in Antalya's Kemer district for you, which I went to yesterday just to participate in this competition.

The name of this magnificent fish restaurant is Çaça Restaurant. Çaça fish restaurant is located in Kemer district, right where the Marina is. When you come here, you can have your meal accompanied by the marina view and chat with your friends. As soon as I came here, I immediately started taking pictures of the surroundings and the restaurant for you.

I got permission from the restaurant owner for the photo shoot and told him that I am a block writer and that I would take photos to promote his business. The owner was very kind and very good person. He let me take pictures of the business. After taking a few pictures, I chose a table with a view of the marina and sat down. The waiters were very caring and kind. They politely took my order. My favorite type of fish is sea bream.

I chose this fish restaurant because I haven't eaten fish for a long time. Well I chose it. The service, taste, treats and atmosphere were magnificent. Shortly after I ordered fish, my grilled sea bream was served. Then the owner brought here a salad flavored with a special very nice dressing. Salad had a different name. I can't remember right now. While giving information about the salad, the owner mentioned that the sauce is a specially made sauce that only belongs to the sprat restaurant.

I immediately squeezed lemon into the salad and started eating it with my fish. Would you believe me if I say the most delicious grilled sea bream I've ever eaten? Maybe it was the most delicious sea bream I've ever eaten in my life. The salad also had a wonderful taste. You should have seen me eat when they were both delicious. Enjoying where I am, after eating this delicious fish and salad, I drank my tea with the view of the marina.

The owner was very caring and polite to his customers. In fact, this place is very famous for its appetizers. Next time I come, I will try the appetizers here.

After drinking my tea, I took pictures of the interior. There was a very nice cooker stove as a heater in the interior. A large aquarium was decorated, and on top of the aquarium were dried giant lobster and crab. The accessories in the interior of this restaurant had a nostalgic and exotic feel.

The staff working in the kitchen were very friendly and clean people. When I entered the kitchen, I saw that the kitchen was sparkling clean. For me, the most important thing when I enter a business is cleanliness. Here, the products were delicious as well as the employees were more meticulous and clean people.

The sea bream was 120 lira each. So it was worth 2 sbd. After taking a few more photos, I paid my bill and thanked this beautiful establishment.

Bugün sizlerle hem dünkü günlük yazımı hem de #steementrepreneurs düzenlemiş olduğu, işletme tanıtma konulu yarışmasına katılmak için yazıyorum. güzel yarışmayı düzenledikleri için topluluktaki tüm ekip üyelerine teşekkür ederim. Dün sadece bu yarışmaya katılabilmek için gitmiş olduğum Antalya'nın Kemer ilçesinde bulunan en ünlü balık restorantını sizler için ziyaret ettim. Bu muhteşem balık restaurant ismi çaça restaurant.

Çaça balık restaurant Kemer ilçesinde tam Marina'nın olduğu yerdedir. Buraya geldiğinizde marina manzarası eşliğinde yemeğinizi yiyip arkadaşlarınızla muhabbet edebilirsiniz. Buraya gelir gelmez sizde için hemen çevrenin ve restaurantın fotoğraflarını çekmeye başladım. Restaurant sahibinden çekim için izin aldım ve kendisine blok yazarı olduğumu, işletmesini tanıtmak için fotoğraf çekeceğimi söyledim. İşletme sahibi çok kibar ve çok iyi birisiydi. İşletmenin fotoğraflarını çekmeme izin verdi.

Birkaç fotoğraf çektikten sonra marina manzaralı bir masa seçtim ve oturdum. Garsonlar çok ilgili ve naziktiler. Kibar bir şekilde siparişimi aldılar. Benim en çok sevdiğim balık türü çipuradır. Uzun zamandır balık yemediğim için bu balık restorantımı seçtim. İyiki de seçmişim. Servis,lezzet, ikramlar ve ortam muhteşemdi.

Balık sipariş mi verdikten kısa bir süre sonra ızgarada pişmiş çipura balığım servis edildi. Ardından işletme sahibi buraya özel çok güzel bir sosla tatlandırılmış salata getirdi. Salatanın değişik bir ismi vardı. Şu an hatırlayamıyorum. İşletme sahibi salata hakkında bilgi verirken sosunun sadece çaça restoranta ait özel yapım bir sos olduğundan bahsetti. hemen salataya limon mu sıkıp balığımla birlikte yemeye başladım. Bu zamana kadar yediğim en lezzetli ızgara çipura dersem inanır mısınız.🤗 Hala yazarken o balığın kokusu ve tadı damağında biliyor musunuz. Belki de ömrümde yediğim en lezzetli çipuraydı. Yine salata da aynı şekilde muhteşem bir tat vardı. İkisi de lezzetli olunca beni yerken görmeliydiniz. Bulunduğum yerin keyfini çıkara çıkara bu lezzetli balık ve salatayı yedikten sonra üstüne marina manzarası eşliğinde çayımı içtim.

Büyük bir akvaryumda dekore edilmiş,akvaryum üstündeyse kurutulmuş dev istakoz ve yengeç bulunmaktaydı. Bu restaurant'ın iç kısmındaki aksesuarların nostaljik ve egzotik bir havası vardı.

Mutfakta çalışan personel çok güleryüzlü ve temiz insanlardı. mutfağa girdiğimde mutfağın pırıl pırıl tertemiz olduğunu gördüm. Benim için bir işletmeye girdiğimde en önemli şey temizliktir. Burada ürünler lezzetli olduğu kadar çalışanlar daha çok titiz ve temiz insanlardı.
