If we have a comfortable stash of amazing produce, we are not so tempted to fall back to less nourishing meals. Have you ever run out of fresh fruits and the only thing at home is your favourite junk food? Then you know what I am talking about. 😄

And with lots of delicious fruits at home it is also much easier to EAT ENOUGH since a carbohydrate deficit can also be a reason for uncomfortable cravings and consequently lead to a fallback to poor food choices.

So, do you want sustainable results in your health and well-being? Keep your home full of colourful fruits and veggies. And if you don’t get to eat everything in time - freeze it for nicecream, salads and sauces or gift your friends and family with some fruity goodies.
