Paniyaram Recipe - Little balls of explosive taste ;)
Paniyaram is one of my favorite dishes. Its versatile, Aesthetic and the best part its easy to cook and serve. As a family which has batter all the time at home , dishes like Paniyaram and Uttappam are quite easy to make.
In India batter is something you can buy in the supermarket. However i prefer to make it at home. In case you want to know how to make batter you can take a look at my Idly Recipe. Simply replicate the batter part.

Ingredients
Rice and Dal Batter
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cilantro leaves
salt to taste
The Recipe
Mix all the ingredients well.
Put them into the Paniriyam case
Cover it and cook it for 2 mins.
Flip with a spoon and cook for another 2 mins.
Serve hot with mint chutney/ coconut chutney or a dip of your choice.
