Ghost house by the railroad
I saw this house for the first time about 12 years ago. Perhaps a year or two earlier, the exact date is difficult to remember, and it is not too important. My friends and I agreed to meet up and walk around the territory behind the Warsaw railway station. The Warsaw railway station stopped its work shortly before that, all trains were transferred to the neighboring Baltic station. Trains from the Warsaw station did not go, but the rails, warehouses, semaphores and other elements of railway infrastructure were still preserved. Later the rails were dismantled, the buildings were demolished, and now the construction of a new residential area on the land adjacent to the station building is being completed, and then there are warehouses, garages and small industrial enterprises.
We inspected the railway and continued our walk towards Mitrofanyevskoe Highway. We passed through Gromovsky Old Believers' Cemetery with its old monuments and crypts, looked through the cracks in the fence at the buildings of the former intendant's stores (they are used as a warehouse) and turned to the freight railway line to move along it and go to the residential area. That's where we saw this house.
Externally, the building looked almost the same when viewed from the road, but the walls were slightly larger. Now there is one facade wall, now it is a ghost house, and then it seemed to be an ordinary building waiting for repair. Now nobody is interested in this house. Even street artists have forgotten this address; the pictures on the side wall remnants are old, faded.
Behind the house there is a wasteland with ruins of two one-storey brick sheds.
