Donuts👩🏻🍳
Ingredients:
✔️300 g flour
✔️150ml of warm water
✔️1 teaspoon of sugar
✔️1 teaspoon salt
✔️6 gr of fresh brewer's yeast
✔️20 ml oil
Preparation
Prepare the dough and let it rest covered until it doubles (about 2 hours)
Then divide into pieces of equal weight, spread out into a rectangle (20 × 10)
Fill with cold cuts and cheeses to taste, or vegetables, roll up and close in the shape of a ring.
Line on a baking sheet, spaced out, let rest for 30 minutes, then brush with oil (if you like sesame or poppy seeds) and bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
