Fauci says he'll take responsibility if a coronavirus vaccine rolled out in the US is faulty

How can they have 50 million dozes in November, when it has not yet been approved by the FDA? Can the feasibly produce that number of vacines in a week or 2? Sounds impossible! Are they therefore, producing vacines that have not cleared tests and approval? How can one be sure that we are getting the right approved vacine or one that was 1, 2 or 3 generations before it was approved?
