On March 8, International Women's Day was celebrated.

Despite celebrating this day, even the real value of women is not taught or demonstrated as it should be. Many women feel they have no value or are belittled according to their culture. Although there is female liberation, it gives value to women for the profession she has and not for what she really is. For example, this gives more importance to a female engineer than to a single mother, because what defends female liberation is the fact that women can do the same thing a man does or much more than they do.

However, God created man and woman in the image and likeness of him, he took the woman from the rib, but this does not mean that the man is more than the woman, we also know that God gave us the privilege of being able to have to the children in the womb and to give birth to that life that he has put in the woman, this does not mean that the woman is more than the man.

1 Corinthians 11:11-12.

11 Nevertheless, in the Lord woman is not independent of man, nor is man independent of woman.
12 For as woman came from man, so also man is born of woman. But everything comes from God.

Before God we are equal, however, God created us for different roles or purposes in life, although women can do the things that men do, we were created to perform certain roles, being the main one, “ideal help ”, This was the reason that moved God to create the woman, after ordering Adam not to eat the fruit of good or evil and once Adam named the animals.

Genesis 2: 16-18

16 And the Lord God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; 17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.”
18 The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”

Genesis 2: 20-21

20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals. But for Adam no suitable helper was found.
21 So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh.

God saw the need to make an ideal help to man, to lighten his burden, a person in his image and likeness to be at his side, helping him fulfill his purpose, highlighting with this, the virtues and abilities of women for that homework.

That is why, women must prepare each day, seek the wisdom that comes from God, in order to play the role of ideal help, correctly. Many women today, get carried away by the snake, just as Eva did in the garden, let themselves be seduced and neglect their role, neglect the home, neglect their family, their children, their husbands... letting the world Take care of them.

Proverbs 14:01

The wise woman builds her house,
but with her own hands the foolish one tears hers down.

When a woman is seduced and does not build her house wisely, things will not go well in the home and the enemy will make a mess in that home. That is why one of the most important prayers we must make as a woman is to ask God at all times, wisdom and direction to be able to fulfill the role of ideal help, ask God that we can build the home according to his will.
