Ingredients: Half a kg of small sliced beef, quarter cup cornflower, quarter cup canola or mustard oil (other oils of choice are often used), 2 teaspoons ginger powder, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1/3 cup light soy , 1/3 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar , a couple of crushed onion leaves (if you do not get onion leaves, you'll also give coriander leaves, but consistent with the recipe, you've got to offer crushed onion leaves).

If not, mix one tablespoon of cornflower in one tablespoon of cold water. Sprinkle with chopped onion leaves. Then serve hot without leaving.
