This time I'll tell you how I took my mom and my little one on a trip to Cologne to the Rheinpark. It was in the summer and the weather was great, so I thought off to the water and the park. The drive from Solingen to Cologne takes a good 20 minutes. Quickly parked and off we went.

When I'm at the Rhine, I always have my gold panning stuff with me to test the gravel for gold a bit, but today we wanted to go to the water with the little one.

We strolled quite comfortably through the park, the little one romped on the lawn and ran after the pigeons, at a beautiful flower bed he then stopped to look at the many beautiful bright flowers.
When he had enough of them, he was fascinated by the gondola of the cable car that passes over the park.

But when we got to the water ,it was over.
He loves the water and so we could sit there for a long time and I had a little time to pan for gold until it occurred to him that he also wanted a pan for stones.

On this beautiful day we could also take very nice photos of the Cologne Cathedral. With the Rhine in between it looks really great. Back we had a look at the bike locks on the bridge.
It was a really great and super nice trip to Cologne.

Diesmal erzähle ich euch, wie ich mit meiner Mama und meiner Kleinen einen Ausflug nach Köln in den Rheinpark gemacht habe. Es war im Sommer und das Wetter war toll, also dachte ich, ab ans Wasser und in den Park. Die Fahrt von Solingen nach Köln dauert gut 20 Minuten. Schnell geparkt und los ging's.

Wenn ich am Rhein bin, habe ich immer mein Goldwaschzeug dabei, um den Kies ein bisschen auf Gold zu testen, aber heute wollten wir mit dem Kleinen ins Wasser gehen.

Wir schlenderten ganz gemütlich durch den Park, der Kleine tobte auf dem Rasen und lief den Tauben hinterher, an einem schönen Blumenbeet blieb er dann stehen, um sich die vielen schönen bunten Blumen anzuschauen.
Als er genug davon hatte, war er fasziniert von der Gondel der Seilbahn, die über den Park fährt.

Aber als wir am Wasser ankamen, war es vorbei.
Er liebt das Wasser und so konnten wir lange dort sitzen und ich hatte ein wenig Zeit, um nach Gold zu suchen, bis ihm einfiel, dass er auch eine Pfanne für Steine wollte.

An diesem schönen Tag konnten wir auch sehr schöne Fotos vom Kölner Dom machen. Mit dem Rhein dazwischen sieht er wirklich toll aus. Zurück haben wir uns die Fahrradschlösser auf der Brücke angeschaut.
Es war ein wirklich toller und super schöner Ausflug nach Köln.
