Provedantially i am not a smoker but i have observing the strugles of a close friend who struggle with smoking adiction. observed his journeyi have gained awarenes into the complexeties of this habbit and the challenges one faces in the breaking free from it.

Hola amiga, gracias por la invitacion.
Por desgracia fumeé muchos años y lo que perdes de respiracion no se recupera totalmente. Lo bueno es que hice ese esfuerzo y para Junio de este año ya serian 3 años sin fumar. La deferencia se siente en el cuerpo, uno cuando fuma no se da cuenta de eso ni del daño cronico que estamos haciendo.

Assalamu Alaikum, I hope you are well and I am very happy that you are not a smoker yourself and you explained it very well and dimensioned that smoking people do it because of stress and anxiety. Of course it's all right with you, whenever they have an accident or some such tension problem, they increase smoking even more than before.
