Blockchain can also be accessed by anyone in general to see every transaction that occurs in the Blockchain itself, but the one who can control Blockchain or what we can simplify with Bitcoin is the holder of the Blockchain Wallet password key itself.

Well, what makes Blockchain unsafe is not the Blockchain technology, but the person who holds the wallet key from the Blockchain itself who cannot keep the key properly.

Because the main rule of Blockchain is "not your key not your coin". Well, in this case the security and risks in Blockchain all depend on the holder of the Blockchain wallet password key.

Now let's simplify this topic into Blockchain Steem, is Blockchain Steem safe?, in my opinion it is very safe because the Steem Developer himself has designed the Steem Blockchain as well as possible.

We are also given account keys and wallet keys that are so complicated that we ourselves cannot memorize them, however, we also hear many cases that some steemians have lost their steemit accounts because they were stolen by malicious hackers.

In this case, I can guarantee that this error is not 100% from the hacker himself, because the main cause of the theft of the steemit account is because the owner is not really serious about keeping his account password properly.
