Beautiful and blooming Sunflower

A.O.A dear stamians,Hope you are all fine with the grace of God.
Today i want to share with you some characteristics of sunflower.Hope you will like my post and give me support.
Sunflowers are cultivated for their edible seeds,which are important source of oil for cooking and margarine.

Scientific name of sunflower is "Helianthus annus".The common sunflower is an annual herb with a rough hairy steem 1-4.5 meters high and broad ,coarsely toothed rough leaves 7.5-30cm long arranged in spirals.the attractive head of flowers are 7.5-15cm wide in wild specimen and often 30cm or more in cultivated type.

The flowers of sun flower don't actually actively follow the sun during its daily transit of the sky.
