Dananu Kelimutu adalah danau indah dan unik yang berada di Ende, Flores, Indonesia. Danau indah dan unik ini memiliki tiga buah kawah yang dapat berubah warna pada waktu-waktu tertentu.

Sebenarnya danau ini terletak pada puncak sebuah gunung api, Gunung Kelimutu. Makanya bernama Danau Kelimutu. Gunung ini meletus 1886 sehingga sejak saat itu terbentuk tiga buah danau yang bisa berubah warna pada periode waktu tertentu
