YOU ARE MEANT TO BE A “MOVING BIBLE” KNOWN AND READ BY ALL MEN.

What is written is Scriptures is one; but, the written epistle that you are in Christ is something that should put you on your toes. You are meant to be a “moving Bible” known and read by all men. You are raised by God as a reflection of all that has been written in the Bible. When your life is working at variance with what the Word of God stands for; you are constituting yourself a disgrace in the place of grace.
Working in alignment with that which is written in the Word of God makes your life “readable”. When in speech and conduct, men are able to trace your life to the lifestyle entrenched in God’s Word, you are manifesting as a written epistle seen and read by all men. Why was it that the disciples of Jesus were first called Christians in Anthioch? It was because their style of living was traceable to the life Jesus lived, when He was on earth. Everything about Jesus reflected in the lives of the disciples and the people in Antioch beholding them, proclaimed that these are nothing but Christians – Christ like.

It is not a testimony that you have become too complicated in style and character; that, you cannot be easily placed. No! You should be easily read. None should stay long with you without being able to determine your stand and know where you belong. Moses came down from the mountain from whence he had gone to receive the commandments of God for the people of Israel and he met the camp in chaos.
He yelled as he beheld the awfulness of the people – “Who is on the LORD’S side?” (Exodus 32:26). It should be very clear where you belong. Your identity in Christ should be very obvious; it shouldn’t be a “torch light” kind of a thing, when people find it difficult trying to ascertain what your stand is. It should be very glaring where you belong.
You’ve been in a place for some time now and nobody in that place knows you as a born again child of God. The day someone comes looking for you as Brother or Sister so and so; everybody burst into laughter – “is so and so a “Brother” or a “Sister”? Wonders shall never end!” what does that suggest? Awful living of course. You are raised to be a positive wonder wherever you find yourself and not a negative wonder.
“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father Which is in heaven”. (Matthew 5:16).
