The anxiety
Do not worry, for saying: What will we eat, or what will we drink or what will we wear? ... do not worry about tomorrow. (Matthew 6: 31,34)

Anxiety is known as a state of restlessness or restlessness of spirit, produced by uncontrollable desire, longing, or anguish.
Every person has experienced anxiety in their life, and those anxieties are related to basic things such as; where we are going to live, what we are going to eat, what I am going to wear, what they think about me, who I will marry. The determining factor in all these matters is our trust in God, that is, our faith, believing that he will really do in his word. But if you take it for granted that you are in charge of your life, you will struggle with anxiety and fear. Instead if you understand the ways of the Lord, you will know that he is in charge and cares for your life. If you worry or doubt God's goodness, you will never have the peace that he wants you to experience.
An anxious person can be recognized as being very nervous, insecure, laughing too much, and often biting their nails.
But God wants you to end the cycle of anxiety and let it guide you (1 Peter 5: 6-7) Humble yourselves, then, the mighty hand of God, so that he may exalt you when the time comes; casting all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you.
Jesus wants you to give him all your anxieties and concerns, and to download it to him. Trust him to show you what to do and take the consequences.
