How much does it cost us to start over, to lose that weight that does not allow us to live as we wish, why is the beginning of a fruitful life so difficult?
That is when we think of that rebirth, we want to be born again but this seems impossible, although if we base ourselves on what the Bible tells us we would understand that it is not, because the Bible tells us that Jesus said it was necessary to be born again, this It does not mean that you will go to your mother's womb again but a spiritual birth.
In short, the only thing that prevents us from starting over is us To be reborn, all we need is to make the decision to be willing to change our whole life and create a new beginning that transforms everything we have lived into experiences that allow us not to repeat these patterns of behavior.
It is possible to be born again, it is possible to create a new beginning for ourselves, it is possible to do it when we are decided, when we have all the availability and a receptive heart.
It is true that this first step is the most difficult, that making the decision can be overwhelming but when we do it, our being is filled with peace and that is what allows us to carry out that process of change.
What costs us to make the decision to be reborn is the limitation that we ourselves make our mind and send a direct message to our heart, this makes us block the opportunity of each day to change what makes us unhappy, what we do not like and without realizing it we begin to live slowly dying.
Let us put aside everything that prevents us from renewing ourselves every day because this is what prevents us from growing and developing each day as people.
