Meditation: God Delivers You From Affliction
Hello friends of Steemchurch. Blessings to this beautiful community. My writing to share on this day is found in Psalm 107: 1, where the goodness and mercy of our God is exalted.
Praise Jehovah, because he is good; Because his mercy endures forever. Psalms 107: 1 King James Version (NKJV 1960).
Why should we praise God? Because it's good, says the psalmist.
God is not only kind, but His mercy is constant for eternity.
People who experience the direct favor of God are the ones who continually praise and worship Him with a heart completely filled with sincerity. This leads me to share the testimony of a sister from the church where I congregate, where she was diagnosed with cancer in one of her breasts. All this illness afflicted her greatly. However, he remained praising God and holding on to faith and acknowledging that God is merciful and could heal her.
A considerable time passed and he fought in faith against this disease. On one occasion, she stated that she had a vision of God in her room where the Lord confirmed that he had healed her. From that experience with the Lord, he began to improve his health and at the next appointment with the doctor, they confirmed that the disease had disappeared.
God delivered her from affliction and her joy overflowed. With a lot of passion, she lives praising God and always testifies of the mercy of God towards her and of the kindness that God represents to those who look for him in moments of affliction.
God is kind and forgiving. God is merciful and praiseworthy.
