Cómo personas miembros de la sociedad y de una institución como lo es la iglesia y bajo el hábito de tratar de compartir con ustedes diariamente alguna reflexión en esta hermosa comunidad, e aprendido que leyendo las escrituras, orando y trabajando de manera diligente para el Señor, ¿nos convertimos en vírgenes prudentes?.

Cuando hago referencia a las vírgenes prudentes me enfoco cuando Jesús dijo: Entonces el reino de los cielos será semejante a diez vírgenes que tomando sus lámparas, salieron a recibir al novio o pretendiente, y hace referencia a qué cinco de ellas eran insensatas, y las otra cinco prudentes, las insensatas salen corriendo toman sus lámparas, pero no tomaron aceite consigo, pero las prudentes tomaron aceite en frascos junto con sus lámparas” (Mateo 25:1-4).

Ahora bien cuántos de nosotros salimos a la venida del señor y llevamos consigo aceite para esperar al señor con luz, adorarle y asistirle en el banquete del reino de los cielos, o salimos corriendo como las vírgenes imprudentes y no llevamos previsiones y en la espera nos quedamos sin la luz.

Es importante que seamos cristianos, que busquemos a Dios con mucha diligencia pero de una forma prudente y con mucha previsión en oración, fe, en aceptar los propósitos de Dios para con nosotros, y no seamos aquellos cristianos que no oramos lo suficiente, y en ocasiones nuestra fe la ponemos en duda, y ese aceite del amor de Cristo que enciende nuestra lámpara en el corazón se nos acabe y terminemos renegando.

Estamos en un mundo con un creciente número de catástrofes, por ejemplo actualmente en todo el mundo, el coronavirus, más el hambre, desnutrición infantil, entre otras y como cristianos debemos estar preparados a diario cada segundo con oración profunda y pidiendo perdón a Dios por nuestros pecados, que podamos acrecentar la fe a pesar de la adversidad, seamos como las vírgenes prudentes y sensatas.

As people who are members of society and of an institution such as the church and under the habit of trying to share with you daily some reflection in this beautiful community, I have learned that by reading the scriptures, praying and working diligently for the Lord, Do we become wise virgins?

When I refer to the wise virgins I focus on when Jesus said: Then the kingdom of heaven will be similar to ten virgins who, taking their lamps, went out to receive the bridegroom or suitor, and refers to which five of them were foolish, and the other five wise ones, the foolish ones run out and take their lamps, but they did not take oil with them, but the wise ones took oil in flasks along with their lamps ”(Matthew 25: 1-4).

Now, how many of us go out to the Lord's coming and carry oil with them to wait for the Lord with light, worship him and assist him in the banquet of the kingdom of heaven, or we run away like the reckless virgins and we do not carry forecasts and in waiting we we are without the light.

It is important that we are Christians, that we seek God with great diligence but in a prudent way and with much foresight in prayer, faith, in accepting God's purposes for us, and that we are not those Christians who do not pray enough, and in Sometimes we put our faith in doubt, and that oil of Christ's love that lights our lamp in our hearts runs out and we end up denying it.

We are in a world with a growing number of catastrophes, for example currently throughout the world, the coronavirus, plus hunger, child malnutrition, among others and as Christians we must be prepared every second with deep prayer and asking God for forgiveness for our sins, that we may increase faith in spite of adversity, let us be like the prudent and sensible virgins.
