Walking with the Lord is not based on what we may feel or emotionalism. To walk with the Lord is to walk by faith, believing in God and in all his promises.

The word tells us that the heart is deceitful; That is to say, if we let ourselves be guided by the insurance one, we will do well.
Another biblical portion says that out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks; It is up to us to have a heart well nourished by the word of God, if we dedicate ourselves to feeding it daily with the reading of the scriptures, thus we would avoid being deceived by our heart. God made us to have a dynamic and deep relationship with him and leaving him aside will always result in serious problems. Our trust must remain in him as well as our strengths, not in ourselves.

Our heart in addition to being deceptive that all things ... is also perverse, that is, deceptive and bad despite the fact that it is in us.
Our hearts lie to us and our feelings are unreliable, although they are an essential part of our identity, our emotions can mislead us with devastating results.
Although we say my heart, we cannot know it, only God knows the human heart and how to redeem it.
For this reason, when our hearts hurt us or incline us to go a destructive course, we must turn to God for help. The only one who knows us fully and from whom we can hide nothing.

Our trust should focus only on God, he blesses the man who trusts in him and promises him that they will be like a tree planted by the waters.
God loves to bless his obedient children. He goes ahead of us preparing the way, for this reason let us not be deceived by our hearts with fleeting sentimentalities or fleeting emotions, we better let the Holy Spirit continue to guide us and teach us the way we should follow.
