We can rejoice in Christ amidst the storms of life

We live in an era where the most talked about word is crisis. This leads you to think of another associated term such as "chaos" or in other words, disorders in all areas of a society's life that significantly affect the quality of life of its citizens.

The crisis leads a person to generate both emotional and psychological imbalance. All disorder generates stress and drags you through the field of anxiety and anguish. In a society like the Venezuelan, you live continuously in a critical emotional state, because in the various areas of the life of the Venezuelan everyone is stressful, you can list many alarming events such as the economic, health, hyperinflation, gas, gasoline and purchasing power shortages depressing. Someone will tell me that this is almost worldwide. Perhaps this is the case, worldwide, but we have almost a decade suffering from most of these problems. However, the focus of my publication is not to highlight the negative aspects of a person's quality of life, but rather amidst the storms of life, our hope for joy is Christ Jesus. As the psalmist David said:

Therefore, in him our hearts will rejoice, Because in his holy name we have trusted. 22 May your mercy be upon us, O Lord, as we hope in you.
Psalms 33: 21-22 King James Version (KJV1960)

David gives us the alternative to make our hearts happy, whatever the circumstances we are experiencing, David says, that in "the Lord our hearts will be glad, as we hope in Him."

This must be our confidence in the midst of the storm that we are passing anywhere in the world. Be very clear that only in the Lord will we find rest and rejoicing for our lives. You have to trust and wait on the Lord.
