What is PoB ?
PoB( Proof of brain) is the catchy for the distribution of author and curation rewards on steem. It is said to be proof of brain as in determined by the community to go to author as maintained to the value of their content which serves and the proof of the brain of the author . The author and creators share 50%|50% rewards of the pool which means 32.5% rewards distribution among the authors, and 32.5% ot the total rewards distribution among the curators.
Proof of brain has not anything to do with the blockchain concensus innovation of the steem blockchain , which is allocated proof of stake (DPoS).
Skill such as emotional intelligence , creative thinking and intuiting decisions making qualities that have been grouped together as soft skills.
What does curation mean to you in Steem Blockchain ?
The curation refers to those processes for selecting and maintaining and storing digital assets, text, images, videos,multimedia, or other type of technology content such as digital post or rich media pieces or small digital hardware items. In other to working with text files and particular type of file documents and curators may also work with more abstract pieces such as Facebook , Twitter, or other social media post as well as other type of digital communication that may not be in a particular file format.
What are the benefits of building SP?
Steem power (SP)is essentially token that symbolizes how much impact you have with in the platforms. The increase steem power you have the increase your upvotes and downvotes count.
Here are the key benefits of the steem power (SP).

The increase SP the stronger and increase profitable your vote becomes.

How do you explain self - upvote as a good or bad social behaviour and why?
Self- upvote is bad behaviour that should stop the bad behaviour. It does a lot of damage . it depends on when you do the self vote in the initially evrything goes to you if you do it in the end all the steemians that voted for the post benefit form it.
I tend to do a self upvote if a post is under 0.05$
Near pay out it doesn't help a lot but i will get bit more out of it .

How would you use your TRX earned in steem blockchain to optimize earning in Tron ecosystem ?
There are many ways in which TRX earned from steem blockchain could be optimised for increase earnings in the in the Tron ecosystem .
▪︎Swapping TRX for other tokens to hold (HODL) invest into projects on the Tron ecosystem.
▪︎Trading TRX on exchanges.
▪︎Staking TRX for higher APY.
