Initial dex offering [IDO] been a new version of fundraising can be defined as a digital token used for launching of projects through a Decentralized liquidity exchange. These IDO token represents digital assets which can also be cryptocurrency or any asset. The primary aim of initial dex offering is the fundraising. Business organization can use this options as a means of raising fund for the aim of development. Initial dex offering stands a better chance than the other versions of fundraising.
So to my own understanding I think the initial dex offering should be done on cryptocurrency because it offers greater and also instant liquidity via price levels and also it takes care of the pre-mine part which is in favour of the project owners . And also token owners have their coins intact in their wallet.

Can IDO have a significant impact on the cryptocurrency world?

Initial dex offering can impact the cryptoworld significantly with these objectives

• Instant trading
  With the launching of a new token trading starts immediately by the investors. Buyers can purchase the tokens early and sell at a higher price later when the price starts increasing.

• lower cost
  Some exchanges demand much to list a project token. With liquidity exchange in the project, the positioning of new smart contract with less gas fee.

• Instant liquidity
  One of the factors of these fundraising version is liquidity. The project needs to gain some liquidity to ensure the exchange of tokens in the liquid pool

• Fundraising
  The version (IDO) grants everyone access to partake in the fundraising with the increase in the tokens value when public sales are made.

Turtle Dex protocol, was rug pulled taking 9,000BSC tokens from its investors which was worth $2.5 million. These funds were divided and sent to 9 Binance wallets. After the rug pull was confirmed, the value of the token TTDX, went down to zero.

Summary, is that IDO is very good model for the achievement of new token projects.
