Price forecast as the name implies means predicting future price of an asset. It also helps in the aspect of long term and also short term investment.
Price analysis is a way in cryptocurrency in which traders and analyst use to find market trend pattern. There are three methods of price forecasting

Technical Analytic method:
The technical analysis helps in identication of market trend, the chart style ,market support. With this point it can be said that technical analysis can tell asset price.

Fundamental Analytic method:
In these analysis the traders don't view the market price nor check how the trend is flowing. They tend to invest in a company that is performing well after considering this facts.
a. Company performance
b. market supply
c. Balance sheet
d. Management team
e. Profit and loss ratio
f. implementation of new products.
And not considering the current market trend.

Sentimental Analytic method:
Here the nature of the market might be positive, negative and neutral. The traders look at the social media, news, that bring about panic condition that results in high volatility in the market.

WHY PRICE FORECASTING IS NEEDED
Price forecasting is needed to know when price can go up from one point or as well come down. Now rather than holding on multiple trades can also be done in one trend. Eg, buy at bottom and also sell at struggle and then hold on until the price goes down. By so doing the capital goes up gradually. With price forecasting one can do double trades in a market trend.

Price Forecasting For Polkadot Using Polkadot Crypto Chart Graph.

In this segment of my homework post, I will try attempt to forecast the price of my desired crypto coin; polkadot. Using the technical analytic method.

*As at Friday January 22nd 2021, the price of polkadot was at $17.032593

*Also on Monday February 22nd 2021, the price of polkadot was $37.189162 when compared to the price at the previous month, it gained a percentage increase of 118.3% of the price of the previous month.

*As at Monday, march 22nd 2021, the price of polkadot was $37.569158
Here we can observe that the price did not significantly change much when compared to the price month ago.

When we analyse the price difference in the charts from January 22nd 2021 to April 22nd 2021. We can clearly see that there was a 103.4% increase in the price of polkadot in the previous three months, I am forecasting that there will be a 110.8% increase in the price of polkadot as at April 22nd 2021 that would leave the price of polkadot at 73.0489 dollars in the time interval of three months from 22nd April.
