What is the PoB...?
PoB is simply the proof of the brain. Steem blockchain has a pool of rewards and 65% of the total rewards pool belongs to this PoB. That is, under content creators / authors and curators. Of the 65% prize pool, 50% will be shared by the authors and 50% by the curators.
Every user of Steemit has the full right to decide what content they publish. That content should be an original that adds good value to a community free of plagiarism. And steemit users have a certain amount of parts called steem power. Votes as well as Downvotes can be assigned to other posts using that SP power. We also get rewards by voting for other people's posts, that is, distributing prizes. But downvoting does not bring such rewards.
Before we write an article, it is our brain that decides which article to write. The brain decides on the title of the article, its content and the number of words it should contain. When more votes are cast, the brain decides which posts the votes should go to. I think this is called proof of brain because decisions about all these things are rooted in the brain. And, So all of this together is called PoB.
This is my voting mana percentage. Because I mostly use my voting power, it takes a lower value.

What does curation mean to you in Steem Blockchain..?
First read the post carefully. See if there is plagiarism in that content. A plagiarism checker can be used for this. If there is nothing wrong with that post, we can give our vote to that post if we like that content. But you should not be enslaved to the interesting pictures in it and vote for the post. We must always be able to vote for the best content. I do not think it is appropriate to vote only for the posts of our allies. It's not so good for this. We can also comment on articles we like and resteem them on our blog. It is something we do as we like. More importantly, if there is plagiarism in the content we are reading, we also have a responsibility to make the community aware of it. Representatives of the country also often work to remove such plagiarized content from the steemit.
What are the benefits of building SP...?
The main advantage of having too much SP is that it is very useful for improving our way forward in the steemit. Having more steem power gives you the voting power to vote for other people's articles. That way we can get 50% curation rewards. I have heard that having more SP also affects the number of votes we get for the articles we publish. I now have 515 SP. So I'm a Minnow now. You can become a dolphin, orca and whale by increasing the steem power to 5000, 50000 and 500 000.
Another important thing of having more steem power is that you can delegate part of the SP to contribute to the development of the community. This is also a good thing. I currently delegate 50sp of my SP to the steemwomen'sClub community.

How do you explain self-upvote as a good or bad social behavior & why...?
This is not good behavior. I have seen some people give high votes for their own articles. If our posts are good, we should allow others to vote for its. It is up to the people who read it, not themselves, to decide that our posts are good. This is also not suitable for PoB. This is like a violation of proof of brain.

What are the different tokens do you earn by socializing in Steem Blockchain..?
I already get four tokens from Steemit. Those tokens are Steem, Steem power, SBD and trx. Steem power is vapor token. Steem is a liquid token. Steem can be converted to steem power by power up. And Steem power can also be converted to steem by power down.
We can also selling SBD through the internal market to get steem. SBD can be obtained by setting the posts to 50% sp and 50% sbd. If you only want to get SP, you can post under 100% power up.
After integrating tron with steemit, users using steemit were also able to obtain trx tokens. The trx is proportional to the SP size. If you want to get SP and trx in the ratio of 1 : 1, the posts should be made 100% power up and articles should be published.
This trx can also be converted to steem and the amount of steem power can be increased by powering up that steem.
Professor @Sapwood's article was very helpful to me in completing this achievement. I wrote this article after studying it well. Also, his article added some new facts to my knowledge of steemit.

Fixed tasks are specifically for newcomers. If you had already communicated your account change and it was accepted without any problem, you should have been assigned the achievements in your new account to avoid these small inconveniences, since the teachers have the obligation to correct the users with the #Newcomer[Task-4] tags in the CryptoAcademy.
On the other hand, these tasks for new users is for them to be aware of the proper functioning of their accounts and according to what the representative of your country says you have already created 3 profiles even though 2 of them are not active, so therefore you should be more careful with your accounts and not lose them again.
You must understand that multi-accounts are not accepted for any reason, I hope this is not your case. I hope you solve your problem with your account soon, but if your post is accepted and the 7 days pass, you can republish again to be reviewed and voted.
