Let's talk about centralisation so in centralisation as the name says the whole power is with centre aur with the top level authority people that got all the decision making power give your quickly example of that suppose you are working in a factory you are just worker over there suppose there is a problem with any of the Machines you can't take any decision the higher authority and the people on the top They will take the decision at want to change the Machines or I don't want to so that is what the centralisation is in simple world

There is no centralise authority for people on the top and they don't have the full authority and control of the decision all the powers are Bifurcated and divided HD know that in the centralisation system all the power is with one authority and the top level people on the other hand on the decentralized system there will be no top level people and as I said the whole power will be divided and bifurcated

Bitcoin when the Bitcoin came the whole idea of decentralization started from there and that was that not a 1% or a group of people are controlling Bitcoin everyone whom is working on Bitcoin or have some Bitcoin is the owner of Bitcoin and equally powerful as others are so there is no Central authority home is controlling Bitcoin for so that is a quick example of how decentralization work

First we will talk about centralised system in this system the power is Top management returns maximum authority means that most of the powers are with top management and the people on the middle level and on the lower level they have very low authorities it means that they don't have much authorities to take big decisions you want small decisions that they want to take any decisions they will have to consult with their top authority and after their approval that thing can happen so that don't have enough authority and there is very low people who are on the middle and on the low

Now we look at the decentralized system having up Kotwal text examples of blockchain because that is what we are currently studying so everyone has their own authority I mean no one percent or a group of people will decide what will happen to the decision making power is distributed equally in everyone not one person is the authority a group of people have much authority its completely and equally distributed among all the people and there is no Central involvement in that it means that there is no no authority on the top to control the decisions and that is what decentralization mean as we studied in centralisation system the authority and the decision making power is which only a group of people and in the decentralized system that power is distributed among all the people and not one person is controlling the whole system

Advantages of centralisation

Now it is very easy for centralisation system to implement any new policy or rules they were to implement to their business that can do it easily because the whole decision making power is with them and sometimes that can be Helpful

The biggest disadvantage that I feel is that everything is controlled by one Central authority which is not healthy I mean they can do whatever they want they have all the decision making power

Very hard to do any business in centralised system because if you don't agree with the centre lies powerful authority then that can stop your business and you can't do anything about that

Advantage of decentralization

I will completely give you my opinion on this and I think that this centralised system is better for business and new companies because there everyone has the power to take decision if you are a business owner and your starting a new business then it will be really hard for you to convince the centralised authorities about your business you might be doing something different and they might not agree with you and that don't allow new ideas that quickly so protect example of blockchain there has been no so many new ideas and that is because it is decentralized there is no Central authority to control the decisions that should start a business or not so I believe that decentralized system and decentralization is really important in Telugu for any business and new company

well as we saw in the advantages and disadvantages that in centralised system top level authority and management don't know much about the lower level and they just control the whole system by remote control so that don't most you know the problem in the lower sections and that is why we need a decentralized system in which you can ask the lower management and the lower management can suggest their suggestions and you can take action on that and you and they can make the small decisions and that will help improve the business so in my opinion I would say that this until I system is good for business
