Es sumamente sencillo solo entras a la página de steenscan.com e introduces el usuario y listo te da la cuenta de recuperación ah otra cosa debe ser desde un ordenador ya que desde un móvil cuesta para que te dé la página que buscas...
En relación a la cuenta perdida, el usuario deberá presentar sus claves a la cuenta de recuperación para comenzar con el proceso es importante saber que
para ese proceso requerimos la Clave de propietario privada o Contraseña maestra y tener en cuenta tendran 30 días para cambiar la cuenta.
(3) ¿Cómo se envía un mensaje cifrado (mensaje privado) a otro par en Steem Blockchain (incluye captura de pantalla / proceso)?
Lo primero es iniciar sesión con la contraseña maestra. Luego marcar en transferir y después de agregar beneficiario pones"#" antes del mensaje en donde se muestra en pantalla donde dice cambio...le das próximo y listo.

En cuanto a enviar la etiqueta como lo dice el mensaje es privado lo que si puedo dar fe es que después que metes la clave active key puedes realizar ese tipo de operaciones y que en la imagen te aparece dónde estoy marcado el mensaje pero en algunos casos no y es ahí donde hay que utilizar las otra clave para decífrarlo.
