Hello to all my friends, I hope you are all well. I am well and I want to know how you are. I went to the vegetable and fruit shop at ten o'clock this morning. Because vegetables are a very important part of our diet, our diet should include vegetables every day. Today I have made many pictures of different vegetables as well as fruits. Carrots in vegetables, cabbage, peas, tomatoes, cucumbers, apples, malts, guavas and bananas in the fruit, make pictures of them all. All of these are essential to our health

تمام دوستوں کو میری طرف سے السلام علیکم امید کرتا ہوں آپ تمام خریت سے ہوں گے میں خیریت سے ہوں اور آپ کی خیریت معلوم کرنا چاہتا ہوں ۔ آج میں صبح دس بجے سبزی اور فروٹ کی دوکان پر گیا ۔ کیونکہ سبزیاں ہماری غذا کا بہت اہم حصہ ہیں اس لیے ہماری غذا ہر روز سبزی کا استعمال کرنا چائے ۔ آج میں نے بہت سی تصویریں مختلف سبزیوں کی بنائی ہیں اور ساتھ فروٹ کی بھی تصویریں بنائی ہیں ۔ سبزیوں میں گاجر 🥕 گوبھی مٹر ٹماٹر 🍅 ٹنڈے کھیرے اور ساتھ میں فروٹ میں سیب مالٹا امرود اور کیلے ان سب کی تصویریں بنائیں ۔ یہ تمام ہماری صحت کیلے بہت ضروری ہیں
