Sebastin Osigwe, a Nigerian born in Switzerland is a goal heeper and the latest player to indicate his interest to represent Nigeria. He has said that he would love to help the Super Eagles at the 2022 FIFA World cup in Qatar.
The 25-year old has represented Switzerland at all youth levels. He has now decided to follow his father’s footsteps by playing for Nigeria. His father Vitalis Osigwe played for Nigeria in the past.
He is born to a Nigerian father and Swiss mother. In 2013, he played for the flying Eagles but now, he hopes to join the senior team.
Nigeria is in the Group C of the match with the likes of Cape Verde, Liberia, and Central African Republic for the race to qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
