플로리다의 코비드 백신 접종율은 전국 평균보다도 낮습니다.

Just 60% of eligible Florida residents — ages 12 and older — have received at least one shot, state health officials reported. That’s lower than other big states such as California and Pennsylvania (75% each), New York (72%) and Illinois (72%).
And with 9,914,406 Florida residents fully vaccinated, or 46%, the state’s overall immunization rate remains lower than the nationwide average of 49% reported by the CDC.

며칠 전부터 코비드 테스트 어디서 하느냐는 전화가 약국으로 빗발칩니다.
작년 발병자 수가 최고였을 때 못지 않습니다.
인터넷으로만 예약을 할 수 있고 드라이브쓰루가 있는 약국만 가능하다고 안내를 하면 화를 내고 끊습니다.
작년에는 다들 서로서로 이해하고 돕는 분위기였다면 지금은 모든 사람들이 짜증내는 상태인것만 같습니다.
긴병에 효자없다는 말이 이런 경우에 정확히 맞는 말은 아니겠지만, 어쨋든 장기전이 힘든 것만은 사실이네요.
