  • In German-Austria the law on the new electoral code is passed. It grants men and women the right to vote from the age of 20.

  • In Prussia state school inspectors are used instead of the previous spiritual school supervision.

  • In a new series of prose and poetry by Roland-Verlag, Munich, i.a. Works by Hermann Kasack and Arnold Zweig.
