The Tropics: Is a world vegetation characterized by heavy rainfall, rugged landscape(mountains, valleys, plateaus, etc), tall evergreen trees and forests, located in the Equatorial regions of the world.

The Negro: is a person of black descent. It is a Portuguese word meaning black.

Human civilization started in Mesopotamia(present day Iran) with the development of the writing (hieroglyphics) This spread to the Ganges and other parts of the world. The major means of movement then was the Chariot. It is important to note that no human society developed in isolation, but rather from a process of extended interactions of races and cultures resulting in modification of ideas, thoughts, and behavioral patterns. Questions were raised and successfully confronted.
The cross-breeding of ideas, cultures and genes enhanced the resulting cultural personality. It is the totality of all these interactions carried on over thousands of years that gave birth to the industrial man. Then came the industrial revolution which further consolidated the industrial man. This is the European legacy. To a large extent this is also the Asian legacy. The North African shares to some extent the same legacy. Not so the Negro.
The fore thrust of the underdevelopment of the Negroid mass is traced to geography.
The Negro is located in the Equatorial or tropical jungles of the world but mostly in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Located as he is in the tropics and in most cases the Equatorial Jungle, the Negro was inaccessible, and was therefore denied participation in the initial motions of the main body of humanity. By the time this body made contact with the Negro, he was grossly at a disadvantage in terms of development.
For some 3000 years or so of post-civilization human existence, the interaction of the human mass that birthed civilization bypassed the Negro. This interactions in various ways enhanced the cultural heritage of the resulting society.
Therefore, while society interacted and improved, the Negro was left on its on, trapped by the Equatorial jungle. In fact humanity did not know he existed. So while man was lighting fire with match sticks, there existed a mass of humans who still made fire from stones and lived in cafes, trapped from meeting others by the environment.

Denied participation in the March of civilization for thousands of years by the impenetrable jungle, the Negro did not participate in the history-long confrontation with questions. By the time the human development motions located in the Eurasian mass made contact with him, he was thousands of development-years behind. The lag is estimated to about 3000years. This is the tragedy of the Negro.
This is how the tropics, or more specifically, the Equatorial jungle underdeveloped the black man.

Note:
(a) No country populated by Negroes is developed.
(b) No country in the tropics is developed.
(c) No Negroid country is located outside the tropics- They are all located within the tropics.
