Frequency And Vibration Hold Hidden Keys To Physical Well Being - Knowledge Lost And Rediscovered

in #history8 years ago (edited)

Sound and vibration have more influence in our lives than we give them credit for. Besides the ability of music to direct our emotions, sound exerts measurable, physiological effects in the real world.

"You are what you eat.", is a common saying, but I'm convinced you are what you listen to as well.

The Universal Language

It has been said that if there ever is to be a thing as a true universal language, it will most likely be expressed in the realms of mathematics, geometry, energy patterns and frequency.

Could it be that this language, or at least the foundation of it, already exists here on earth? Is it possible that over the course of thousands of years, we have been somehow guided in the process of creating this new form of communication? And if so, what kind of information will be expressed through it that cannot be expressed any other way?

Sound Effects Physical Things

Wikipedia's defines Cymatics as:

Cymatics, from Greek: κῦμα, meaning "wave", is a subset of modal vibrational phenomena. The term was coined by Hans Jenny (1904-1972), a Swiss follower of the philosophical school known as anthroposophy. Typically the surface of a plate, diaphragm or membrane is vibrated, and regions of maximum and minimum displacement are made visible in a thin coating of particles, paste or liquid. Different patterns emerge in the excitatory medium depending on the geometry of the plate and the driving frequency. credit

This definition fails to mention the physiological significance these observations imply and you'll be hard pressed to find any reference to the topic I'm writing about in the journals of academia.

Before we begin, please watch this short video so you'll have a better understanding and a visual image of what we're talking about.

Amazing Resonance Experiment!

Thank you brusspup for showing us your experiment.
This is what he did for all you technically curious readers.

So this experiment is the Chladni plate experiment. I used a tone generator, a wave driver (speaker) and a metal plate attached to the speaker. First add sand to the plate then begin playing a tone. Certain frequencies vibrate the metal plate in such a way that it creates areas where there is no vibration. The sand "falls" into those areas, creating beautiful geometric patterns. As the frequency increases in pitch the patterns become more complex.

It occurred to me after watching this video, the patterns displayed a remarkable resemblance to engravings found in ancient civilizations world-wide.

The Flower Of Life

The "Flower of Life" can be found in all major religions of the world. Interestingly, Wikipedia has dedicated only three sentences explaining it even though an overwhelming amount of documents have been written about the history of these symbols.

It's in the Bible, the Koran, the Vatican and in nature.

In every corner of the globe, in every religion, there are intricate artifacts and architectural examples of the Flower Of Life. One could conclude that our ancestors were infatuated with it and went to great lengths to preserve the information encoded in the flower of life.

What encoding, I hear you asking. If you look closely, you can see every platonic shape in the flower of life. We'll get to the significance of that soon, but first let's look at platonic shapes.

Platonic Shapes

Geometers have studied the mathematical beauty and symmetry of the Platonic solids for thousands of years.

Platonic shapes get their name from the ancient Greek philosopher Plato who theorized in his dialogue, the Timaeus, that the classical elements were made of these regular solids.

The Vescia Piscis is another pattern displayed in the video, art work, the human body and most everything in existence in the universe.

In a site called thespiritscience.net they talk about the importance of the Vescia Piscis:

To the ancients, this interlocking ring arrangement was known as the Vescia Piscis, or the Mandorla, referring to the union section of the two rings. In the Hebrew Kabbalah, all life is described as entering into the world through the mandorla interference region between the dual rings. This can apply in many ways, all the way from humans being birthed through a females vagina, all the way to the shape of a seed which sprouts up and becomes a tree.

These reoccurring patterns formed by vibration, as you saw in the video, have a physical effect on matter in space and time, have been enshrined in architecture and art for centuries, but are not a subject of study in our schools. Studies are being conducted, but only by the military and corporations seeking to profit from the research.

432 Hz or "Verdi's A"

There are theories found online arguing over conspiracies about Joseph Goebbels, the Nazi Party leader who supposedly changed the official frequency used to tune musical instruments from 432 Hz to 440 Hz, and the writers give good evidence for and against.

432 Hz or 'Verdi's A' is a mathematically pure tone in line with the universe, meaning it reflects patterns, shapes and tones found throughout nature from the micro to the macro. Patterns exactly like the patterns shown in the video above, mimicked in living organisms, microbiology and the cosmos.

In 1940, the United States introduced 440 Hz to the world and in 1953 it became the International Standards Organization 16-standard.

Some posit 440 Hz is the unnatural standard tuning frequency, removed from the symmetry of sacred vibrations and overtones that can lead to illness, confusion and psychosis.

Further Research

My own research concludes only what I can observe and discover and it seems clear to me that using 440 Hz as the reference point for tuning instruments creates no symmetrical patterns from any note on the musical scale.

With 432 Hz as the tuning standard for the 'A' note on a musical scale, many of the notes played on the scale will create patterns resembling the forms demonstrated in the Chladni plate experiment video shown above.

In other words, tones played in that tuning can cause changes to physical matter.

To further illustrate my point I'll share with you this clip I edited for brevity, but I highly recommend you watch in its entirety so the full implications it reveals can illuminate the significance of vibration influence on our physical, emotional and spirit.

Excerpt from Sonic Geometry The Language of Frequency and Form
credit

Recent research is discovering that frequencies can stimulate DNA and in some cases repair it. Could this research be a rediscovery of knowledge once known and lost or perhaps concealed from the general public?

Before you discard the notion of sound frequencies manipulating life in the physical world as conspiratorial, consider the military's and civil police use of sonic weapons to incapacitate a suspect or disperse crowds.

Sonic and ultrasonic weapons (USW) are weapons of various types that use sound to injure, incapacitate, or kill an opponent. Some sonic weapons are currently in limited use or in research and development by military and police forces. credit

An ancient 6-tone scale of frequencies called the original Solfeggio Scale, which was lost for centuries and was just recently rediscovered accidentally by Dr. Joseph Puleo, is said to hold unlimited potential in healing and personal transformation.

One of the notes on the Solfeggio Scale that vibrates at 528 Hz has been used by biochemists to repair human DNA. 528 Hz appears to influence the water molecules that surround the DNA helix, thereby bringing about healing effects on DNA.

According to Dr. Horowitz;

human cells use DNA, like radios use antennae, to receive the note vibrations and attune the body’s rhythm to that of the cosmos. credit

Conclusion

  • The probability that these correlations between musical tones, the angles of the platonic solids and the dimensions and distances of celestial spheres, would all be coincidental, seems highly unlikely.

  • Our ancestors knew something about frequencies and their physical and spiritual effects on the human body and psyche.

  • Frequencies effect us emotionally, physiologically and spiritually.

  • Historically, ancient civilizations took great measures to encode, record and preserve a record of frequencies and mathematics that hold a key to a universal language we are only now rediscovering.

Thanks guys!

Very cool and very weird, light from sound: Sonoluminescence

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonoluminescence

That's very interesting indeed. Cavitation, the formation of bubbles in a liquid, typically by the movement of a propeller through it, creates heat as well as light. That's why propeller blades get worn down on a boat and have to be replaced. Friction is part of the reason, of course, but research conducted by the Navy measured temperatures of 10,000 degrees F that lasting nanoseconds on the edges of rotating propeller blades.

One man had created a fuelless, on demand water heater that heats water using this cavitation effect. It runs on a small motor and creates incredible amounts of hot water.

Everything is vibration of energies... the more we can tune ourselves into it, the more we we see and understand. Great Post @luzcypher

Here is a post from my website that addresses sound vibrations from a self protection aspect: https://kyusho.com/sound/

Thanks for sharing the website. Very interesting article.

Great post @luzcypher, yes very interesting this subject. Did you know that you heart rates is affected and even mimics the music that you listen to !! There are indeed more things to life than met the eye ! ) upvoted and resteemed !!

Thanks. Yes, I did know that about the heart. The term to describe it is entrainment. Your heart will match the rhythm of a beat in less than 60 seconds even if the listener is unaware of the sound. It could be a faint sound faded into the background noise and the heart will entrain to the rhythm. It's fascinating.

Yes @luzcypher it would seem to be the case no ? So this being said, would you agree on the possibility that sound could be a great controlling force concerning our mood and " sense " of well being ? ,There are sounds which our ears may not hear , but our heart do. Its good that you too see completely the danger of hidden frequencies placed in sound files of all description. The beneficial effects of positive frequency immersion are countless and the reverse is most certainly not good for body or soul.

Excellent post, I am personally tuning my own music to 432 hz since years.
Following you for more!

I started tuning my guitar to 432 Hz about a year ago too.

Fascinating article; thanks for sharing. Reminds me of this. Guess the ancients knew a lot of stuff! http://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2012/09/11/160965400/where-traffic-noise-takes-a-toll-on-health

Interesting article. Makes me grateful I wake up to the sound of roosters crowing and fall asleep to the sound of frogs and crickets chirping.

I have played original pop music with a musician who refretted his guitars and basses tuned to just intonation and the note of the earth. When tuned and performed correctly there was a distinct difference in the overall vibe and feeling of well being.

It may be my imagination, but when I'm playing my acoustic guitar tuned to 432 Hz it seems to vibrate more and sustain notes longer.

From my personal experience I don't think it's you imagination at all. We definitely experienced the same thing while rehearsing.

It seems to be a consensus among musicians who have tuned this way.

Vibration does carry its own frequency. There's a lot of information in this post. Glad to be following you.

If you watch the last video it will blow your mind, in a good way.
