You said the KCB or DCB is the most honorable order of the 'BATH'.
Please, what's the bath?

He was about 6 feet tall, hardly a Tall boy.
In ancient times 1600 - 1700 s, part of the ritual to become a knight was a Purifying Bath.
This was very ceremoniously done, that is the origin of the name.
Remember, the English Gentry only had 1 bath a year, on a good year, in those times.
Usually in June, their summer, that is when they prefered to marry as well.
The older Order of the Garter, in a battle the King told his Knights to tie a ribbon around their leg, as a sign of recognition.
Those that survived the battle were " knights of the garter"
