Oh, your story reminds me of my childhood and makes me cry. Those days I had a squirrel. One day it vanished, when I searched it, I noticed a drop of blood. When I chased the blood drops, I found a cat was eating our squirrel.

    Oh yes, it definitely has similiarity, it is a hard moment as a child to have such loss of your little pet. In our both cases a sparrow and a squirrel are wild animals but it is obvious that when we save them they feel themselves save and attached to human.Thank you for reading and also for organising the contest :)
