Hi all the amazing and wonderful people of hindwhale community.
This week's contest is super amazing and I will love to participate in it. Special thanks goes to @senehasa for organizing such an amazing contest in this great community.
Sorrow is one of the deepest emotions a person can feel. It touches the heart in a way that few other feelings can. Emotions is than just having a deep feeling of sadness; it is a heavy, and an a painful feeling that comes when something that hurts happens. It could be when you loss a loved one, bad breakup, or a dream that didn't come to reality..., most atimes, sorrows usually lives a long lasting impact on someone (Mostly negative).
Virtually all humans feels sorrow at some point of their life. Sorrow is natural. We live in a world where there is excess happiness, joy and love, but at the same time, there is lots of disappointment and loss.Though the experience comes in differ ways, but it connects us somehow in a quiet and mysterious way.
When we lose something that is so important and dear to us, we often have the feeling of sorrow. This thing might be a Loved one, our job, or even a hope for the future. The pain of that loss can be so strong that it feels like a weight on our chest. It often comes with the feeling of loneliness, depression, and sadness etc. People react differently to sorrow, some people reactions is with tears, while others are often withdrawn and quiet at that moment.
Even though sorrow can be so overwhelming, it also an indication that we deeply, truly and immensely care. We won't be pained so much if something didn’t mean a lot to us. That means , sorrow is a signal of genuine love. It reminds us that we are capable of deep feeling and that we have formed strong connections in our lives.
Sometimes, people tends to hide their sorrow. They may feel that if they cry it will be a sign of weakness, but it isn't so. (SORROW IS NOT A WEAKNESS). It is a natural and normal response to loss. It is okay to take your time when you feel sorrowful, but in the same vein, talking to someone who you trust either a friend, a family member, or even a counselor can help you overcome that feeling so easily. We become more brighter when we share our sorrow with others.
There are a whole lot of lessons that comes with sorrow. We become fully aware of what truly matters. When we go through sorrow, we often become more understanding of others who are struggling, making us treat people with utmost empathy, love and kindness. We learn to be grateful for life and we hold people that we love closely. As hurtful as sorrow could be, it makes more human after having such experience.
Healing from sorrow doesn’t mean forgetting what happened. It means learning to live with the memory, to carry it with grace instead of pain. Over time, the sharpness of sorrow fades, though it may never disappear completely. But from that sorrow, a quiet strength often grows. People find ways to honor what they lost—through art, writing, helping others, or simply living in a way that brings meaning.
Lastly,,,, sorrow is part of our journey as humans. You cannot totally excape from sorrow, so long as you're leaving in this planet (EARTH). It teaches us how to love, handle loss, and get fast healings. Sorrow feels like forever at times, but the goodnews is, it does not last forever. Life moves on after such experiences, it carries the memory of what we lost, but at the same time, it opens doors for joy to flow.
So therefore, if you feel like the sorrow you are going through right now might last forever, I am here to announce to you that, it won't and cannot last forever. All you need to donut to be gentle with yourself. Allow the pain to speak, but also let time do its work. Healing is very POSSIBLE!!
REMEMBER, you are not alone, and there is hope regardless, even in sorrow!
