Every day, even if I spend 10 to 15 minutes but regularly. Aalom Vilom is the beginning and the end.
That is indeed very dedicated!! Although, I suppose that sort of dedication comes with MANY benefits to your general life :)
It sure does and takes your least effort! But, yeah, dedication is the key, cheers!
