HWC Contest #153 || POWERUP & WIN - WEEK 84 by @isha_rehman (740 SP)

How are you my dear Steemit friends I hope you are all doing Well. I am also fine Alhamdulillah by the Grace of Almighty Allah. Today I am very happy to Participate in HWC Contest #153: POWERUP & WIN WEEK 84 & share my story of how I power up 740 SP to Support the Steem ecosystem and my personal Growth.
Why I Previously Powered Down
Around four months ago I have to completely power down my Steem Power due to some Unavoidable Personal and financial reasons. The main reason was that my brother suffered a stroke and our whole family was under extreme emotional and financial stress. Not only did we needs emotional Support but also Money for his treatment as half of his body became paralyzed.
At the same time I have to pay for my education expenses and I did not want to burden my family further. So I made the tough decision to powerdown and use those fund to support my education.
Now Alhamdulillah things are getting better and my brother is gradually recovering. With things returning to normal I have start saving some money from my pocket expenses. And finally I am now in position to power up again and support the Steem blockchain Which has always support me during tough times.
Step by Step Power Up Process
Step 1: Buying USDT on Binance (P2P)
First I login in to my Binance account and went to the P2P Section from the top menu . I always prefer using the Express method as it is quick & secure.

Step 2: Entering USDT Amount
I entered the amount I needed to buy which was 108 USDT. The total in PKR was Rs. 31 403.05. After selecting my preferred payment methods I placed the order and complete the transaction.

Step 3: Received USDT
After completing the payment I receive 108 USDT in my Binance Wallet.

Step 4: Converting USDT to STEEM
Now I had to convert my USDT into STEEM. For this I went to the "Trade" > "Spot" section on Binance.

There I placed a market order to buy STEEM. I managed to buy 740 STEEM for about 109 USDT. Due to a slight price fluctuation I gained bit more value from my USDT.

Step 5: Sending STEEM to Steemit Wallet
This is a very important and sensitive Step so I was extra careful. I decided to first send only 1 STEEM to my Steemit Wallet to make sure everything was working properly.

First Try:
- Opened my Binance wallet
- Clicked on "Withdraw"
- Selected "STEEM" as the coin
- Entered my Steemit username (@isha_rehman)
- Entered the amount = 1 STEEM
- (Memo is optional but I added it just to be safe)
- Submitted the transaction and waited…
After a few minute I successfully received 1 STEEM in my Steemit wallet.
Second Try (Full Amount Transfer):

Now I repeated the same process to send the entire remaining amount of STEEM.
However this time Binance flagged the transaction for a risk assessment likely due to the higher amount. After a short wait Binance approved my withdrawal request and finally I received the full amount in my Steemit wallet.
Now I had a total of 751 STEEM in my wallet (including the earlier test transfer).
Step 6: Powering Up 740 STEEM
Now that my wallet was ready I clicked the drop-down arrow beside my STEEM balance and selected "Power Up".
I entered 740 STEEM and confirmed the transaction.

Step 7: Confirmation & Private Key
It did not ask for a memo this time (as it’s not required for internal Steemit power ups) but it did request my private active key which I entered safely.
Final Result: Power Up Completed
I am very happy to shared that I now have 762 STEEM Power in my account This is a huge Achievement for me considering all the challenges I faced.

My new goal is to become a Dolphin within the next 2 months InshaAllah and I believe with hard work and consistency I can achieve it i am plaing to do more power in next month have save some money .
